Kentucky students, faculty and staff are eligible to purchase software at academic discount prices.  The Student Select contract allows you to purchase software for up to 50% and 90% off the standard retail price.  To shop for software, please visit http://kde.onthehub.com. As you browse through the site and make purchases, please keep the following in mind.

- To purchase software you will need to register by providing either a valid education email address or by submitting a copy of a staff ID or pay stub.  The registration process is handled through the website.

- Some of the software titles in the site are available by download or mail order while others are only available via download or only via mail order.

- The shopping cart within the site is very similar to any online retailer.

- Please note that software purchased off the Student Select contract for personal use cannot be supported by KDE staff members.

- Software purchased off the Student Select contract is subject to a Terms of Use (TOU) agreement and is intended for personal, non-business use only.  The TOU also prohibits the resale of any software purchased off the Student Select contract.

- At the top right-hand corner of the site there is a Help link that contains many frequently asked questions about topics such as ‘downloads and installation’, ‘pricing and billing’, etc.

- For additional FAQ’s regarding the licensing of Student Select contract software, please visit http://tiny.cc/Licensing.
